Starting point 

Dynaset’s products are built to endure tough conditions, and the company must ensure that every unit delivered meets strict quality standards and serves its end users as intended. This includes being able to track entire deliveries as well as individual units. Given the high production volumes and complex product features, reliable manual testing was out of the question. Dynaset needed a trusted partner to develop an automated testing system — and based on a successful project for the Finnish Defence Forces and nearly 20 years of automation collaboration, InSolution was selected.

How we serve 

InSolution customized and delivered a testing system for Dynaset based on its Inspector platform. Today, more than 80% of Dynaset’s serially manufactured products are tested with procedures that push their performance to the limit. The system is fully integrated with production control and operates autonomously: it logs test results, generates test reports, and identifies each product via QR code. Any failed test automatically triggers an alert. The service also includes ongoing support, updates, and continuous co-development.

The testing system enables reliable and automated testing at scale, even down to individual units, ensuring high delivery quality while minimizing human error. The measurement data supports product development by helping designers understand various phenomena, track trends, and fine-tune product performance. Strengths and weaknesses are quickly identified, and for faulty units in the field, the original test data can be retrieved — speeding up the claims handling process.
